I have been working with the Fox Browne family for over 12 years. Although I started with the team as a nurse, taking care of Debra’s ill father, it was soon recognized that her love of people and desire to serve made me so well suited to hospitality. I quickly became an important member of the team.
Says Debra of Mary, “She is gentle, soft-spoken and unassuming but she has a will of steel and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. She is supportive, loyal and fiercely protective of the team - one should be be careful not to underestimate her strength and determination!”
As the Fox Browne Creative office Host and Cook, I make sure that everyone has the chance to sit down and enjoy a meal together. This is when we all come together to laugh and talk.
Making guests feel welcome and comfortable at the office is such an important task, because it is the FBC way and it is what the team train when they go out to work.
I am inspired by the challenges that are set for me, making me learn new things daily and I enjoy being part of such an inclusive team of hardworking people.
