As Food and Beverage Lead at Fox Browne Creative, I’m focused on crafting meaningful, sustainable food concepts that celebrate place and culture. My aim is to create dining experiences that feel connected — to land, to memory, and to the people around the table. Working closely with the operations team, I help bridge the gap between design intent and hospitality execution, ensuring every detail supports a seamless experience. Behind the scenes, I help design the “engine rooms” of our lodges — building efficient and sustainable back-of-house operations that support exceptional guest service.
Before joining Fox Browne Creative on a full-time basis, I owned a small consulting business specialising in food and beverage for luxury safari lodges — many of them for Fox Browne Creative. Prior to that, I worked in events and catering — and earlier still, in peace and conflict mediation for an NGO focused on African diplomacy. Each chapter shaped how I work: with care, curiosity, and a strong sense of purpose.
Now full-time with Fox Browne Creative, I’m working on a number of exciting high-end projects across Africa, including Tanzania, Botswana, Zimbabwe, and a private house in South Africa — all very different projects, each with their own rhythm and story. What inspires me most is creating joy around food, around tables, and under African skies. I’m passionate about sharing positive African stories and offering guests the chance to experience the best of the continent in ways that are elevated, authentic, and deeply rooted in place.
