Chris and I started our business in 2009 with three simple goals: to work with people we like, in places we love and make a difference through hospitality design. I am a veteran hotelier, bridging the gap between operations and design. I am service crazy and passionate about guests and the staff who take care of them.

With 25 years at the coalface of operations, I have a deep understanding of the needs of the luxury adventure traveller and what it takes to service them from design through to operations.

Since we started our business, we have been fortunate enough to have had the most inspiring experiences, in beautiful places, with remarkably talented people. We have been internationally recognised for our work - winning numerous awards. We are so thankful for all the amazing opportunities we have had to date.

Before starting Fox Browne Creative, I was the Chief Operating Officer for andBeyond, the largest experiential travel company in the world. I oversaw the operation of 40 lodges, 8 ground handling offices in 7 countries on 2 continents, driving the development of a guest-centric culture across our team of 2500.

We were part of the team that built the company from 4 lodges to 40 in 7 countries across Africa, in India, Latin America, Middle East – including the building and operation of Ngorongoro Crater Lodge, voted the best hotel in Africa and the second best hotel in the World by Conde Nast Traveller in 2004/2005.

I am passionate about crafting perfect guest experiences and believe in empowering staff to deliver these.
